PREFACE |

| Comiskey Limited Insurance Adjusters was originally founded
in 1946 by the late James F. Comiskey. Jim Comiskey operated a very successful business until his death in 1966. At that time his son, Joseph N. Comiskey, became President and General Manager, having joined the Company in 1958. Matthew W. P. (Matt) Comiskey, joined the firm in 1993. |

Matt Comiskey is the son of Joe Comiskey and is the third generation of Comiskeys in the business. Today Joe, and Matt with the assistance of a very capable staff continue to service the Insurance Industry and other clients as they have in the past. |
